A 62-year-old female patient with an endogenous chondroid tumor of the lower end of the left femur underwent “Curettage surgery for a tumor in the left femur, bone grafting of the left femur, and internal fixation of the left femur.” “a, b Preoperative orthopantomograms and lateral radiographs showed an elliptical lesion in the distal left femur with internal calcified gravelly patches. c, d Preoperative CT scans showed a speckled calcified lesion in the bone marrow cavity of the left femur. Follow-up radiographs and CT at 24 months postoperatively demonstrated satisfactory fusion of implants and stable internal fixation
