Fracture Healing Timeline. Most fractures healed within 3 to 6 months postoperatively. In the hollow screws group, two hollow screws were used to fix the PCL avulsion bone block from different directions, with the threads placed as close as possible to the anterior bone cortex to achieve greater tensile strength (X-rays: a.
